One of my favourite creations. I was given the "go" for creativity. This client trusted me with the design of the cake. She only requested that I make a snowboarding cake and that it would be lemon flavoured. I had so much fun! I love being creative.
This was a lemon cake with a lemon curd in between layers and a lemon cream cheese icing on the outside as well.
